We had a disappointing experience with this swim program. The specific instructors approach felt more intimidating than supportive, especially for young children who are still building confidence in the water. At times, my child became very upset and was not met with a level of patience or encouragement we expected. The response felt more like a punishment than a teaching. Telling a child they won’t get to participate in a fun activity at the end of class if they are scared is not effective- it only increases anxiety. Swim lessons should build confidence, not fear.

The staff on site are great. The instructors are great. Shut out to mason (not instructing anymore but admin now) and Lucy (left but was awesome). The facilities unfortunately are not designed for swim lessons for kids. The pool water is either too cold or the ambient temp around the pool is too cold or both. Kids shivering all throughout the session. The pool is closed way too often for various reasons mainly due to mechanical issues related to the pool. We brought all these concerns to management numerous times throughout the 2 years plus we were with them but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve the issues. If you have a younger kid best to go with facilities designed for swim classes like Goldfish.

Lucy is absolutely fantastic- she is patient with the kids and knows exactly what they need to succeed. Both of my girls love her. Highly recommend!

Everything from what my baby is learning, how comfortable she is in water, the compassion and sweetness of the instructors, and the professional organization when we have to figure out our schedule or do make up classes…. LOVE. Highly recommend!! Jacob has been so patient and kind as Lily develops.
